Values
Values Alignment
Values Alignment is important in the all ways, and particularly as you consider a financial advisor with whom to partner on your financial journey. Here are my values:
Authenticity-being genuine and acting in accordance with one's core values, beliefs, and personality, and expressing oneself honestly and without pretense. I value this and try to be this way in the world.
Advocacy-I support my clients by giving them the piece of mind that I have their back when it comes to their finances. I want to empower and educate clients so they are confident in their plan, and support them in any shame, or self-judgement they may have about not being "where they should be" financially or thinking they "should" understand more about their finances than they think they do.
Gratitude-I have found that operating from a place of gratitude, particularly about money conversations can enhance decision-making by keeping clients grounded and able to maintain the emotional discipline to keep a long-term focus.
Empathy and Inclusion-each person's journey is different. Each person's path has had its own turns and we don't all have to be the same, or one version of financial success. Financial well-being is highly personal and I want to understand it for each client on a personal level.
